Dr. Kamran Ayub - Endoscopic Expert in IL is considered an expert in advanced endoscopy including endoscopic ultrasound, ERCP, Confocal Laser Endomicroscopy and Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection(ESD) and Full Thickness Resection (EFTR). He has performed more than 75 thousand procedures. Approximately 15% of his ERCP’s are failed procedures by other endoscopists. He specializes in diseases of pancreas, bile duct, esophagus including gastroesophageal reflux and Barrett’s esophagus, and cancers of the digestive tract. Dr. Ayub has passion for teaching, research and innovation in the field of advanced interventional endoscopy, he holds several patents for novel endoscopic technologies. Dr. Ayub has trained numerous doctors in advanced endoscopy and has written and spoken extensively on these topics at nationals and international meetings.
